The key to learning a language is getting access to it on terms that suit you.
Every student learns in a different way and are engaged by different methods. There are also other factors involved such as cost and time. Not having a native English speaker on hand can hold you back and not help with motivation.
As a student learning the English language it is a good idea to weigh up your options and see how you can get access to English on your terms.
At Monty we aim to give you access and options on different levels. As a language agency we encourage students to do a course with a school in a country where they speak English; be it in London, Dublin or New York. We appreciate that not everyone can do this because of cost and time constraints so as an agency we are evolving and looking at how we can offer additional services in order to help out.
If one of these are a constraint for you then consider the Monty solution!
Time: Skype lessons can help you save time. They can be done in the comfort of your own home so this means you don’t have to travel or waste time!
Money: We have started a Meetup group (www.meetup.com/monty-english) in London for foreigners to meet and make English conversation. The evening lasts for 1h30; it is a great opportunity to meet new people, practise English in a fun and interesting environment and it only costs £2!
I know there are many people who can’t benefit from this but email me: firstname.lastname@example.org and suggest a location where we can start other Meetup groups!
Native speakers: We are introducing lessons where the teachers come to you. Once again we are starting in London but hope to introduce it to other cities. Meeting rooms are hired throughout the city and students can take part in a lesson near them! As we don’t have the costs of a standard school then lessons are cheaper and more flexible!
Here are just a few new ideas that we are introducing and we are planning to do more! Please get in contact and let us know how we can help you to improve your English language skills!
